MINNEAPOLIS WASHER QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Customer Satisfaction is our top priority at MWS. Customer satisfaction surveys are sent out annually. The results are measured and monitored through our QMS committee meetings and continual improvement efforts.
Customer Complaints greatly affect the perception that customers have of MWS. By minimizing customer complaints, we will maximize product quality. Our goal to achieve less then .5% of sales on customer complaint costs.
Internal Nonconformances greatly affect the scheduling and delivery of product. By minimizing Internal NCR’s, we will maximize product quality. Our goal is to achieve less then .5% of sales on Internal NCR’s costs.
Production On-Time Delivery is a key measurement made by customers. Our goal of 98% on time delivery will make us a world-class supplier.
Safety is the top concern of the MWS. We strive to have no workplace accidents and provide a safe working environment for all Team Members .
Greatly affect the scheduling and delivery of product. By minimizing External NCR’s, we will maximize product quality. Our goal is to achieve less then .5% of sales on External NCR’s costs.
Supplier Quality and On-Time Delivery results are tracked through our supplier evaluation program. MWS evaluates and selects suppliers and subcontractors based on their ability to supply product or service in accordance with MWS requirements. We have established a goal of 98% on time delivery with our approved suppliers.
Minneapolis Washer & Stamping, Inc top management is responsible to ensure that the quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for product, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization.
The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy.
